The design concept behind the development of Danubio was the unity with the view and the river. Most apartments will have a direct river view and all will have an extensive covered outdoor area to create a protected transitional space between the interior and exterior. Historical inspiration for this particular residential development was a set of elegant 1930s “Bauhaus” buildings of Szent István park on the close vicinity of the Pest side riverbank, served as a model in terms of elegance, conceptual and architectural quality. The project is now under construction, first phase expected completion in 2021. Danubio is the first Hungarian residential property to receive BREEAM Excellent certification.
